Interior design is the field in which I graduated. While I focus on product design, I also work on interior design projects for houses, offices, and shops.
In 2013, I began working as a product design consultant and took on the role more seriously starting in 2016. Most of my work involves collaborating with local Thai entrepreneurs who are skilled in traditional Thai handicrafts. My role is to provide them with design knowledge to enhance their products and bring innovation to their craft.
I have my own brand, which uses my first name as its identity. My design philosophy revolves around capturing emotions and feelings in each concept. I founded pharata, a lifestyle brand that reflects my personal design philosophy. My design philosophy centers on creating products that embody stories, emotions, and cultural meaning. I enjoy exploring diverse materials and traditional techniques from Thailand, creating designs that not only solve functional needs but also enrich the user's experience and identity.
In 2013, I participated in the Innovative Craft Award organized by SACICT, where I collaborated with a Thai community skilled in traditional handicrafts. After the contest, I was deeply impressed by the art of puppetry made from perforated cow or buffalo leather and felt inspired to preserve this unique Thai craft. I incorporated this technique into my product designs for my own brand, working with artisans from Phatthalung Province.
I hold a Master of Business Administration from the Thai-Nichi Institute of Technology, where I developed skills in management and innovation. I also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Education in Interior Architecture from
King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, along with a Certificate in Technical Education specializing in
Civil Construction and Woodworking from King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology North Bangkok.
These multidisciplinary qualifications have strengthened my foundation in combining technical knowledge with creative design.
Currently, I am the Founder & Creative Director of pharata, shaping ideas and craft into contemporary design.
